News and Events
We encourage our members to provide us with recent News about their Dojang so we can include it in our Bi-Monthly site update.
Site Changes!
You will note that the News and Events page has undergone some modifications in the hope we can provide our members with a better "view" of what is going
on in the NKMAA family. Please check out our new sidebar (just to your left) to find some of the items now missing from this page. The NKMAA schools
Newsletters are now on a page of their own, and all you need to do is click on the "Newsletters" link to find our what is going on in other schools. The next
revision is the Grappling Corner hosted by KJN Rick Tischer. That link will take you to our new Grappling Corner mini web site I have on my Mac. This
format will give me a better opportunity to work on the Grappling Corner with PSN John Peterson doing much of the work. Check it out!
European Tour
Last month SJN Timmerman was traveling the globe spreading the art of Kong Shin Bup. His trips included Australia, Holland, and the U.K. where he met up with CKJN Kevin Janiisse and KJN Ronda Bourdage.
Master Debbie Janisse and student recently competed at a local Tounament in October, while CKJN Kevin was away teaching seminars, and performed quite well. The team did quite well with KSN Samuel Janisse taking a 1sr in Sparring and a 2nd in forms. Matthew Janisse with a 1st in breaking, 2nd in sparring, and 3rd in forms. J.T. Stein with a 2nd in forms, and a 3rd in sparring. Wesley with a 1st in sparring.
Congratulations and well done everyone!

Congratulations go to PSN Alex McLean for earning Silver in sparring at the World Martial Arts Championships recently held in Portugal. The remarkable thing about this is that Alex planned all of the training and travel logistics all by herself. WTG Alex, your dedication, intrinsic
motivation, and your perseverance are awesome for such a young lady.
