On the weekend August 13-15, 2010, GM Rudy W. Timmerman will have practiced martial arts for sixty years, and Grand Masters and Masters from across the globe came to Sault Ste Marie to celebrate this milestone of his career.

 

Hundreds of people gathered to test, train, and celbrate throughout a weekend full of challenge and displays of skill, enduranrance, and strength.

 

This was a historical event of epic proportions in Korean Martial arts. Never before has such a large number of Korean Martial Art Grand Masters come together in mutual respect and cooperation to celebrate the accomplishments of one of their peers.

This event will featured Grand Masters and Masters of Hap Ki Do, Kuk Sool, Kong Shin Bup™, Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do, Savate, Kuk Sool Kwan, Tae Sool Won, Kuk Sool HapKiDo, KiDo Kwan, and more.

A special highlight of the event was the announcement of Chiefmaster Kevin Janisse being named as the next inheritor of Kong Shin Bup. Congratulations Cheifmaster Janisse for this incredible honor you have earned.
